Secure mail delivery

Secure Email Gateway encryption options allow you to create policies based on sender, recipient, subject content, message body, attachment types, attachment content, message header, or document metadata. The use of encryption ensures the confidentiality and integrity of the organization's data.

Adaptive editing

Confidential data is automatically removed from documents and images. Text on images is identified using OCR(optical character recognition). URLs are corrected before they cause damage, and malicious code (macros, scripts, and Active/X) is removed from Microsoft Office, Open Office, and PDF files.
